#8400 100% SILICONE ROOF COATING—LOW SOLIDS

100% silicone based Lucas #8400* is a single part roof coating that creates a barrier that is resistant to natural weathering, is durable, breathable, watertight and weatherproof. Lucas #8400 can be applied over spray applied polyurethane foam, EPDM, PVC, aged acrylic coatings, concrete, asphalt BUR, granulated modified bitumen, and metal roofs. Not recommended for aluminum coated roofs. On single-ply roofs, #8400 may be applied to TPO roofs with Lucas #8015 TPO Primer. Available in White and Gray.
