R. M. Lucas Co. manufactures a line of silane and siloxane based waterproofing treatments for concrete and masonry surfaces.  These integral waterproofing sealers are designed to provide lasting breathable moisture protection without altering the appearance of the substrate.

Lucas #2006 - Silane/Siloxane Waterproofing - A blend of silanes and siloxanes in a mineral spirits vehicle.  Provides moisture protection and a visible beading effect.  Recommended for vertical surfaces.

Lucas #2012 - Silane/Siloxane Waterproofing - A blend of silanes and siloxanes in a mineral spirits vehicle.  Provides moisture protection and a visible beading effect.  Recommended for horizontal surfaces.

Lucas #2040E 40% Silane Waterproofing is a 40% silane provided in an ethanol solvent.  Most suitable for dense surfaces.  Easy cleanup.

Lucas #2040P 40% Silane Waterproofing is a 40% silane provided in an non-flammable mineral spirits solvent.  Most suitable for dense surfaces.  Easy cleanup.

Lucas #2110 - Silane/Siloxane Waterproofing - A blend of silanes and siloxanes in a water vehicle.  Provides moisture protection and a visible beading effect.  Recommended for vertical surfaces.
