LUCAS #4000 Polyurea Traffic Deck Coating is
a 2 component waterproof coating durable enough for heavy traffic,
including automobiles. It is a fast setting coating with hardness
and mar resistance combined with flexibility. #4000 is suitable for
application to concrete decks and structures where a durable
waterproof protective coating is required. #4000 is 100% solids,
contains no solvents or toxic substances and is UV/light stable.
Ideal for sealing concrete balconies. Available in standard
limestone gray, sandstone tan and clear.
LUCAS #8800 Universal Single-Ply Adhesive is
a water based contact adhesive for securing EPDM, TPO, PVC and other
single-ply membranes to wood, metal, concrete and any type of
roofing insulation. Fast drying with aggressive tack, #8800 bonds
instantly without the risk of fire associated with flammable solvent
based adhesives. VOC compliant in all of North America.
LUCAS #5025 Splice & Seam Cleaner is an extremely fast drying,
non-VOC solvent cleaner intended for cleaning and preparing seam
areas of all types of roofing membranes prior to application of seam
tapes or bonding cements. #5025 is compatible with all types of

Lucas #3300 E-Factor Radiant
Barrier Coating is an energy efficient coating intended for application
to interior walls and the underside of roof sheathing in attics. Lucas
Low-E Radiant Barrier Coating has an extremely low infrared emissivity
value. Emissivity is the percentage of absorbed heat energy that can be
re-emitted as infrared radiation. Low emissivity surfaces will
emit as little as 16% of the heat of most common building materials.
That means that as much as 84% of the heat is prevented from entering
the building and is re-emitted outside through the roof surface. This
can translate to as much as 15% in energy savings.

Universal™ Sealant and #5600 Gutter Seal are primarily intended for
use in residential roofing and re-roofing applications.
Lucas #6600 Universal™ Sealant is a
high-performance, multipurpose thermoplastic elastomer based sealant.
Excellent adhesion to most roof surfaces including: metal, Kynar®, asphalt,
shingles, modified bitumen, EPDM, TPO, Elvaloy/PVC, Hypalon, vinyl,
fiber cement, wood, concrete, tile, masonry, glass. #6600 is available
in clear, black, white and various colors (see Data Sheet). It is also
available in three grades: Standard caulking grade, Self-Leveling Grade
(#6600SL) and Winter Grade (#6600W). Use to seal gutters, flashings and
penetrations on all types of roofs. Ideal for residential roofing
applications where appearance is important.

high-performance, multipurpose thermoplastic elastomer based sealant.
Excellent adhesion to most roof surfaces including: metal, Kynar®,
asphalt, shingles, modified bitumen, EPDM, TPO, Elvaloy/PVC, Hypalon,
vinyl, fiber cement, wood, concrete, tile, masonry, glass. #6900 is
clear and will not stain when applied over asphalt products, including
shingles, when applied at the recommended rate of application. Use to
seal gutters, flashings and penetrations on all types of roofs. Ideal
for residential roofing applications where appearance is important.
Lucas #550 EZ-Seal™
is a fast and effective product for temporarily stopping leaks in all
types of low-slope roofs. Manufactured from gel forming bentonite clay,
#550 forms a watertight barrier when exposed to water. Ideal for
stopping leaks during rainstorms, in ponding areas or in winter when
there is snow on the roof. Formed into free-flowing mico-pellets, Lucas
#550 pours easily from the spout on its waterproof plastic container.
The small pellet size exposes a greater surface area resulting in a
faster gel and water stopping seal.
