ARCHITECTURAL SEALANTS

Lucas #6600 Universal™ Sealant is a high-performance, multipurpose thermoplastic elastomer based sealant. Excellent adhesion to most surfaces including: metal, Kynar®, asphalt, shingles, modified  bitumen, EPDM, TPO, Elvaloy/PVC, Hypalon, vinyl, fiber cement, wood, concrete, tile, masonry, glass. #6600 is available in clear, black, white and various colors (see Data Sheet). It is also available in three grades: Standard caulking grade, Self-Leveling Grade (#6600SL) and Winter Grade (#6600W). Use to seal flashings and penetrations on all types of roofs.  Ideal for residential roofing applications where appearance is important.  Available in 10 oz. caulk tubes and 5 oz. squeeze tubes.

Lucas #5600 Gutter Seal is a multipurpose, elastomer based self-leveling sealant. Specifically designed as a narrow seam sealant for gutter lap joints. Low modulus and high elongation accommodate severe movement. Excellent adhesion to metal gutters including copper and Kynar®.  For an non-sag or colored roof sealant please refer to Lucas #6600 Universal™ Terpolymer Sealant. Standard color is Aluminum.

Lucas #100 Neoprene Roof Cement is an all-purpose, all-weather patching and flashing cement for asphalt, modified bitumen, metal, EPDM, Hypalon and TPO roofs.  It's available in black or white.  Both colors are packaged in 1, 3, and 5 gallon pails as well as 10 oz. caulk tubes.

Lucas #4500 Pitch Pocket Sealant is a one component, non-shrink, advanced technology polyurethane sealant specifically designed for filling, sealing and re-sealing pitch pockets.  It can be used with any type of metal or molded plastic pocket. Available in 28 oz. caulk tubes.

Lucas #5500 Seam Sealer is available in three grades; Gun Grade (G), Mastic (M) and Cement(C). Gun Grade is a pumpable liquid sealer designed to be applied with a wand, Mastic is an intermediate viscosity designed for manual application to seams and fasteners and Cement is a highly stable non-self leveling grade for repairs, large gaps and vertical surfaces. #5500 is used to patch and repair metal roofs prior to coating with #5100 and #5000 as well as to repair those roofs later in their life cycle. #5500C is also an excellent all-purpose caulk and sealant.

Lucas #776 Elite™ Flashing Cement.  All weather rubberized flashing cement with strong, flexible polyolefin micro-fiber reinforcement. Highest quality and performance available. Adheres to wet and underwater surfaces.
